Fulick & Chill ships to addresses within Canada only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

We use Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, or another trusted carrier, depending on which option provides the fastest and most reliable service to your location.

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Delivery times begin after your order has shipped and do not include processing time, weekends, or statutory holidays.

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Rural, northern, and remote locations may require additional delivery time. Delays may also occur due to severe weather, carrier disruptions, peak shopping periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we'll contact you by email, or where applicable, by SMS. You may choose a similar replacement or receive a full refund.
